Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions very carefully prior to placing your Preorder with Thomas & Turner.
Preorders: Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) – These dates are just that, ESTIMATED. Please keep in mind that while we strive to have your items to you on or before the ETA, we cannot promise/guarantee this. Therefore, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR AN ITEM BEING LATE IF IT WAS DUE TO SOMETHING BEYOND OUR CONTROL. This includes but is not limited to: Supplier delays and Shipping delays.
Refunds: All sales are final. If your item is defective by manufacturer error & a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund/store gift card (we will try to accommodate exchanges should we have an extra in stock). To qualify for a refund, you must contact an admin within 3 business days of receiving the defective item. Once approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item in its original package with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns with tags removed, items that have been worn or washed, or items not in original packaging. No exceptions!
Order Accuracy: Please check all details prior to paying. This includes size, monogram, boy/girl, style, ship/pickup, ect. What is on the invoice is what we order. We will NOT refund for a mistake once it is paid and we have ordered the item.
Monograms: Please check all details prior to paying. Monograms must be listed in FLM format meaning FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE. This applies to BOY and GIRL monograms. We will not refund for a monogram mistake if the invoice is correct.
Defective or Missing Item(s): You have 3 business days once item has been delivered to email us about a defect issue or missing item. After this time period, we will not refund or credit.
Local Pick Up: This option is for LOCAL Customers only. Do not select this option if you need your order shipped. Note: If we have to manually change your order from Local Pick Up to Shipped, an inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the shipping cost. Once your order is ready: You will be tagged, receive a Shop app notification and will receive a Shopify email. When I tag you for pick up I will give you a reference # please have this number available when you pick up. If picking up multiple orders you will need all reference numbers (this will help with organization and to make sure we don’t miss anything). You have 2 weeks from the date of being tagged to pick up your items. If you fail to pick up your items, an inconvenience fee will be charged in addition to the shipping cost.
Pick Up Schedule: Thursday 6pm-7pm or Saturday 11am-12pm
